I am a fully qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I am warm and friendly and offer a confidential and non-judgemental service.
I work as a counsellor at Craven College, Skipton, Aire Valley Counselling and Therapy, Keighley and at the Craven Clinic, Skipton. I also hold a current enhanced disclosure (DBS) and I receive regular clinical supervision and work to the code of ethics of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
In addition to working with adults, as a qualified youth worker, I am able to work with young people from 11 years onward.

Counselling can offer you the time and space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, empathic, non-judgemental and confidential space.
Short-term counselling can help you to work through a specific problematic issue or traumatic event that you have experienced such as a bereavement, relationship breakdown, problems at work or anxiety issues.
Long-term counselling and psychotherapy works at a deeper level and can help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings and ways of relating to yourself and others.
LOCATION, AVAILABILITY AND PRICE
I charge £40 per 50 minute session and presently have availability at Craven Clinic, Skipton on a Thursday daytime and Saturday morning.
