ABOUT COUNSELLING
Counselling can offer you the time and space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, empathic, non-judgemental and confidential space.
Short-term counselling can help you to work through a specific problematic issue or traumatic event that you have experienced such as a bereavement, relationship breakdown, problems at work or anxiety issues.
Long-term counselling and psychotherapy works at a deeper level and can help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings and ways of relating to yourself and others.

LOCATION, AVAILABILITY AND PRICE
Due to the pandemic I currently work online only.
I charge £50 per 50 minute session and presently have availability Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
